Jim has spent 21 years in e-commerce, systems analysis and tech product delivery, After senior roles at T Mobile and Vodafone in New Zealand, he moved to the UK, becoming Digital Technology and Product Director at The Gym Group. He joined Azzurri Group as Digital & Technology Director in September 2024. Azzurri Group has a portfolio of around 240 stores - brands include Ask Italian, Zizzi, Boojum and Dave’s Hot Chicken.
