Over a 29- year career Arslan has held a series of roles in which he was head of digital, most recently at Moto and Pizza Express, and including British Gas, E.ON and Costa Coffee. Prior to that he worked at Alliance & Leicester, Royal Bank of Scotland and Morgan Stanley.
As part of the senior team driving Popeyes expansion and customer engagement, David became Chief Technology Officer - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen UK, UAE & Burger King Scandinavia in March 2021. Previously he was Digital Director at The Restaurant Group and Wagamama and held UK and international senior marketing roles at Papa John’s.
Elizabeth (Biff) is a multidisciplinary marketer with 15 years experience working in and for hospitality. Now head of marketing at Marugame Udon, she has held senior marketing positions at operators Gaucho, Brindisa Kitchens and South Place Hotel (D&D), as well as tech focused businesses Ignite/Screen Pilot and Slerp.
The change from traditional sandwich shop to cult food to go brand has largely been driven by Josh– son of the founder Nick – Sandwich Sandwich’s marketing manager and designer. Josh has worked with the business for ten years and is a co-owner.
With over 15 years’ marketing experience, Juliette has worked at Red Engine for 10 years leading marketing, PR and business development strategy. She has supported the growth of Flight Club and Electric Shuffle into what are now internationally recognised brands with 15 UK sites, and 10 global sites.
Keyana leads creative campaigns that bring one of the world’s fastest-growing restaurant brands to life. Passionate about bold ideas and boundary-pushing brands, she thrives on turning great concepts into meaningful connections with customers. In previous roles, Keyana was head of brand at Boparan Restaurant Group for three years and, more recently, head of brand at Coco di Mama.

Simon has over 20 years experience in the hospitality sector. He joined Sticks′n′Sushi following two years at ETM Group as Chief Commercial Officer where he oversaw sales, digital, marketing, and pricing. Before this, he held positions at Ambl (CMO), a tech start-up specialising in last-minute reservations for restaurants, and as Director of Sales at Stonegate Group.
