Sarah has been CIO/IT Director at the Big Table Group since 2019. Over a 26 year career she previously held senior IT roles at Jupiter Hotels, the Lawn Tennis Association and glh Hotels. Big Table Group has around 230 restaurant sites, with brands including Bella Italia, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree, Frankie and Benny's, Chiquito, Cafe Rouge and Amalfi.
