Will graduated from the University of Leeds in 1988 with a BA in International Relations and Politics with French. He has spent over 25 years in branded customer facing service businesses, living and working in the UK and internationally. His area of expertise is in leading transformational change in customer centred businesses. In 2017 he joined Caffe Nero as its Chief Executive Officer, for its 650 strong UK coffee house business. Prior to that he held Director roles with British Airways, Walt Disney World and SSE plc.
