Aaron joined Costa in May 2024 as senior data science manager. Prior to that he spent twelve years at Aviva, originally in customer service. Over time he held a range of senior roles including software engineer and lead data scientist. Costa is the largest coffeehouse chain in the UK, and has over 4000 restaurants across multiple territories worldwide.
