Rob has a 27 year career running IT, from his early career at Luminar PLC to a number of years owning IT solutions businesses, to joining Brasserie Bar Co, now Heartwood Collection, in 2012. The group, formerly known as Brasserie Bar Co, aims to grow to up to 60 pubs with up to 500 bedrooms by 2027.
