Neil Miller was appointed chief customer officer – a new role at Itsu – in September 2021, with a brief to lead the Asian restaurant business’ customer proposition, bringing together marketing, digital transformation and brand management.

He has worked on digital transformation projects for global brands including McDonald’s, Samsung and Adidas, through his previous roles at creative agencies including BHH Group, WPP and Possible.
