Tom Ward has been director of operations at JKS for just under a year, and before that was director of operations for BAO for more than five years. Tom previously spent two years as head of operations at Jonathan Downey's London Union, operator of Street Feast, and five years as operations manager at Leon. He was also a founder-director of Blackfoot restaurant.
