Richard is director of digital product & Transformation at Mitchells & Butlers, a role he has held for two years. Before that he was head of digital transformation at M&B, and has been with the company for more than six years. Prior to that he was a senior manager for service transition & delivery at Sky, looking after Sky go, Now TV and OnPrime TV.
