Libby first joined Pho in 2013 as head of marketing, before being promoted to marketing director in 2019, helping build the Vietnamese restaurant group from three to 34 restaurants in the UK. She left Pho for a stint as marketing director at Turtle Bay, before returning to Pho in November 2023.
