Tsara has been FD of Rosa’s since 2021. After an early career at KPMG, she has held senior financial roles at Camino, Big Chill, Carluccio's and Luminar, as well as a stint at Whitbread. Tsara has exec-level IT responsibility for Rosa’s and is passionate about the potential of tech, digital and AI for future success.
