He is skilled at building relationships - with the operational side of businesses, customers, suppliers or the teams he's led. Mitz started his career at David Lloyd Leisure and was most recently at Prezzo Italian ensuring the tech stack was ahead of its competition. He is now at Soho House working with new technology and innovation to enhance the member / customer journey.
