Damon has over fifteen years’ experience across hospitality, leisure, retail and tech. He’s worked with start-ups, high street brands and larger organisations, helping them grow, adapt and launch new ventures, including franchises and investments. Before joining WatchHouse in January 2022 he was at M&S and before that, senior roles at Sodexo, Harris + Hoole and Suncorp Group.
