James was appointed last May to the finance director position after 10 months as head of finance at the specialty coffeehouse group, which operates over 20 sites across London and New York. He previously spent almost four years as a director at Alvarez & Marsal, and prior to that worked at Santander and in senior roles at Deloitte.
